The 2025 HOA Annual Meeting was held on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at Town Hall, Town Council Chambers from 7-8:30PM. The following are documents pertaining to the meeting.
Katherine Ponder's two-year term as director expires at the upcoming annual meeting. Katherine is willing to continue in her current capacity, but if anyone is interested in running for this director position, please email hoa@myoakwoodhoa.com If no one steps forward the candidate will be deemed elected for additional 2-year term.
