The HOA collects annual assessments to maintain the Common Areas set forth in the Amended and Restated Restrictive Covenants including the landscaping of the entryway from Stacy Road into Oakwood.  In addition, the HOA maintains the decorative fences (See pictures), light poles and street signs.  The roads and water lines (up to the water meter) are maintained by the Town of Fairview.
