The Oakwood Homeowners Association was formed and mandated by the restrictive covenants associated with the properties in Oakwood Estates. Membership and dues are mandatory, and are a responsibility of property ownership. Homeowners are represented by a 3 person board of directors, which is elected annually. These members are volunteers, and serve without compensation. The Board also reviews and approves exterior alterations, new fences and outbuildings. The Oakwood HOA is proud of its low-key management that fosters a sense of community within our neighborhood.
