The Oakwood Homeowners Association was formed and mandated by the restrictive covenants associated with the properties in Oakwood Estates. Membership and dues are mandatory, and are a responsibility of property ownership. Homeowners are represented by a 3 person board of directors, each of which is elected to two-year terms. These members are volunteers, and serve without compensation. The Board also reviews and approves exterior alterations, new fences and outbuildings. The Oakwood HOA is proud of its low-key management that fosters a sense of community within our neighborhood.
