Volunteers Needed:
Updated Amended & Restrictive Covenants Review Committee During the Oakwood Annual Meeting in September, homeowners in attendance favored the idea of updating our Amended and Restrictive Covenants, which were last revised in 2018. We are looking for volunteers to be on the review committee for this purpose. This is not a long-term project and would be a great way to steer the future of our neighborhood. Please contact our HOA president Katherine Ponder at kp@ponderthiscommunications.com
for more information or to volunteer.

Monthly Outdoor Siren Testing
At Noon on the first Wednesday of every month there is an audible test of the outdoor warning sirens.

Vacation House Watch
Fairview Police will come check on your property if you are out of town, pending certain circumstances: A minimum duration of two days is required for a house watch. The maximum duration of time your house will be checked is one month, and there is no guarantee that your house can be checked daily based on call volume. You are limited to eight weeks of house watch services per calendar year. If anyone is staying overnight for any period of this time, that house is NOT eligible. The house will be checked daily if call volume allows. Request here: Vacation House Watch
